Whether you're an older adult yourself or a caregiver concerned about the well-being and independence of an older and/or disabled adult it's never too early to start thinking about long term care options that may be available to you or a love one.

Angel Manor Adult Day Services are community based centers that offers daytime services, Monday through Friday, to elderly adults and others residing in the community who require assistance with daily needs of living.  This service affords caregivers relief by providing a safe and enjoyable environment for loved ones and eliminates the need for premature placement into a nursing home or other institutions.

Goals of the Program:

• Promoting the individual's Maximum Level of independence

• Maintaining their present level of functioning for as long as possible

• Providing support, respite and education to our participants and their families

• Preventing/delaying institutionalization

Participants can be brought to the facility as early as 7:30 AM and picked up as late as 5:30 PM.

Transportation also provided to and from facility.
